Traditionally HI Jewellery pieces have been made to order, however to make this time of year a little easier we have updated the HIJ website to show a limited selection of the 2018 3D printed edition - that can be shipped immediately. 

To keep your holiday season stress free we aim to courier In Stock items the following business day after your order is received.

Christmas delivery cut off dates:

  • NZ: 19th December 2018

  • Australia: 11th December 2018

  • Rest of the world: 6th December 2018. Note: HIJ will contact you upon purchase to confirm your Christmas delivery based on your location if your deliver will be possible before Christmas.

Payment methods

All prices are shown in NZ dollars. And all orders are shipped from New Zealand.

International orders may be subject to local taxes or duties, Human Interface Jewellery is not responsible for and has no control over these charges.

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit card and Debit card payments.

Print to order

All jewellery is typically printed to order, please allow for 3-4 weeks for production. For time sensitive orders please email for availability.

Orders to destinations within New Zealand will be sent by courier post and are tracked. Items need to be signed for, so if you are not at home we recommend having your item sent to your work address. 

Changes to your order

HI must be contacted within 24 hours of an online purchase if you wish to make changes to your order. Any changes made after this time period may incur a fee as we would have begun the 3d printing process.  

Return Policy

All Human Interface Jewellery products are printed to order.  Returns, exchanges, and refunds are therefore not accepted. All sales are final.  However, if you have any issues with the product, please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate you in resolving your concerns.

Lost or damaged items

If a package does not arrive, or it arrives damaged, please contact us within fourteen days from confirmation of dispatch. We will do everything we can to assist you if you wish to make an insurance claim.

We are not liable for and will not replace or pay compensation for loss of, or damage to, items we send if:

  • the item is seized by Customs or any other government agency.

  • the item is sent to a country where no postal or courier service exists.

  • the loss or damage is the result of an event beyond our reasonable control.

  • the loss or damage occurs after delivery.

  • the item was authorised to be sent without tracking.
